ACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury.  The Business Customer Service Delivery Group (BCSD) is delivering a range of improvements that will make it easier for businesses to deal with ACC and the team that you’ll be supporting will be the face of those improvements.


As the Workflow Coordinator in the Business Customer Solutions team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the effective day to day operation of the newly implemented model to support ACC’s business customers. You will be actively monitoring and allocating workloads in conjunction with Team Managers based on established guidelines. You may also be involved in creating or adapting workflow management tools. We have a big team, based across New Zealand so you will be able to come on board and learn the ACC way of doings things quickly and efficiently.


What you need to be successful:

 

We are seeking someone who is proactive, has loads of initiative & drive. You will use your great people skills, energy and drive to build relationships and ensure great results for the team. At times, you will need to work with Team Managers to resolve workflow issues, you will be resilient and constructive with a willingness to problem solve and influence decisions. 

  • You will be familiar with workflow tools and processes

  • Your ability to self-manage and plan will be fundamental to the success of this role to meet deadlines (or exceed these) in a fast-paced environment

  • An ability to react positively to the challenge of changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
