We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to support a team of people who facilitate appropriate assistance to our clients during their recovery post-accident. This role is an opportunity to showcase your ability and passion for customer care and to lead a team through personal development opportunities and transformational change.


The role of Team Manager is an existing role within Client Service Delivery team. We’re currently in a new and exciting phase and the role of Team Manager will change.


Your "can do" attitude, critical thinking and problem solving abilities are essential in this diverse and high volume environment. Your ability to support strategic direction will be a great addition to our management team where you will be able to positively influence client service delivery, team work and performance results.


With your strong judgement, leadership, interpersonal and coaching skills you'll be a vital team member, effectively leading the team to successful outcomes for our clients and ensuring the protection of our client's personal information. You'll be motivated to achieve great results, have the ability to make tough decisions when necessary, as well as display initiative and resourcefulness that will allow you to navigate the variety of challenges you could face. You will also have the ability to build, maintain and influence key relationships within the wider organisation to achieve a seamless experience for our clients.


You will have opportunities to develop and extend yourself, as well as the satisfaction that comes from helping others to achieve their potential. You will be supported by the Branch Manager and work closely with the rest of the leadership team.

To date the organisation has consulted with our employees on a proposed new model, roles and ways of working which were confirmed late last year.
