If you want to work with an experienced, fun and passionate Business Partner team supporting change, this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced consultant-level generalist to lead trail- blazing Talent initiatives across the business, partnering with senior leaders during organisational change.

 
As a member of our small and highly regarded Business Partner team, you will have the opportunity to:
  • build strong relationships with business leaders whilst supporting them to transform their business units and align to the ‘Shaping our Future’ strategy
  • co-design Talent initiatives to drive organisation-wide improvements
  • use insights to identify opportunities, priorities and potential risks
  • be the face of Talent, supported by specialised knowledge from our communities of expertise
  • build leadership capability with the business and promote tools and techniques to support to delivery of business strategy and people initiatives.
We're looking for people with strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset, excellent relationship management skills and proven experience delivering talent solutions in a large, complex organisation.
