This is a great opportunity to step out of an operational BP role and move into a role where you can make a real difference in supporting ACC to improve outcomes for Māori. Our Rōpū Pae Ora (Māori and Equity Group) is currently going through change, so you will be key to supporting their transition to a new operating model for ACC and our kaimahi (our people).

What can you expect? 


As a Business Partner, you will partner with enterprise Leaders to embed ACC’s Talent Strategy, enable organisational performance and drive strategic priorities. You will work directly with the business and across the Talent Group to drive initiatives that will improve the employee experience, increase leadership capability, improve our cultural competence and enable strong organisational performance. 


What experience or skills would you need to be successful?  


  • Experience providing strategic HR advice at enterprise level within a large and complex organisation; 

  • A proven ability to communicate, influence and effectively engage with senior leaders to achieve business outcomes; 

  • Strong cultural competence in particular around Te Ao Maōri; 

  • Experience driving change to enable the business to achieve strategic objectives; and 

  • Experience supporting leaders through change.
