  • Provide specialist support to a key ACC programme that allows some of NZ’s largest employers to manage their employees’ work injuries and claims.
  • Engage at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Be the technical expert in the legislative and contractual framework that underpins the programme.

ACC’s Accredited Employer Programme allows large employers to manage their employees’ work injuries and claims. They must have the necessary financial strength and pass an annual audit of their workplace safety management and injury management processes.


Key responsibilities of the role and what you need to be successful:

  • Key to this role is ensuring legislative and contractual requirements are met by ACC, Accredited Employers and third party suppliers.

  • Strong relationship management skills.

  • Support the analysis and review of the financial position of the Accredited Employers.
  • You will have experience in the interpretation and application of financial or business data.

  • You will have expertise in issues resolution and advising on potential risks within a complex business environment.

  • Oversee onboarding and annual renewal in the programme of employers

  • Having knowledge of the Accredited Employer Programme would be an advantage. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a key programme with significant impact for business customers of ACC. You will be working in a very supportive  team that will appreciate your knowledge and expertise. The salary for this role is from $94,088 – $110,692 plus 9% superannuation contribution.
