 Are you passionate about agile and continuous improvement – we’d love to hear from you.
 
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master who has extensive knowledge of different Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean. In this role you will work on one of our Agile Release Trains, helping to maximise the value created by the Scrum teams and protecting the teams from external distractions. You’re the servant leader who carves the path forward for your team with your transparent approach - the Scrum Master is a crucial role and is responsible for a number of areas, including encouraging experimentation and supporting continuous improvement. In addition, you will be a member of our Agile Community of Practice growing ACC’s agile capability.

Skills and experience required for this role
  • A collaborative servant leader with an Agile mindset
  • Extensive Scrum Master experience in an Agile environment and SAFe in particular
  • Strong customer focus supporting teams to deliver value frequently for their customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to coach teams, drive innovation and adopt new ways of working
  • Experience with breaking down features, writing user stories, and estimating
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
