Given the significance of the transformation programme, we looking for an experienced Manager, Operations and Performance to act as the 2IC to the Head of Client Service Delivery.  In this role, you will provide operational leadership to the function and ongoing strategic design and delivery of the enabling functions to client service delivery.
 
The key responsibilities of the role and what you need to be successful
  • Implementation of the new Operations and Performance model, including the establishment of five new functions, workforce management, knowledge and practice, performance, operational admin, business operational management. 
  • Strategic development and evolution of our technology, processes, business rules and analytics to enable our staff on an ongoing basis.
  • Inspiring, motivating and guiding the Operations and Performance team to achieve the best results for our people and our clients.
  • With the support of the Leadership team proactively manage operational issues, media responses and cross-organisational requirements on behalf of the Head of CSD.
  • Significant experience in an operational leadership role.
  • Experience in optimising strategic enabling functions.
  • Ability to think strategically and champion new ways of working.
