Integrity Services are responsible for protecting the integrity of the ACC scheme from fraud, waste and abuse. We are continuing a move to a proactive approach, using data-driven insights to engage internally and externally to increase awareness and drive improved behaviour.


We are seeking Integrity Advisors to join our team. We are open to a broad range of backgrounds and have a supportive team that can help develop specific enterprise knowledge. 


To succeed in this role, you will be a problem solver, bringing your curiosity and critical thinking approach to analyse and advise on individual intervention cases as well as systems and processes where improvements can be made.  You will have some understanding of integrity and/or operational risk, and will have a collaborative and advisory approach to your work.

What will you be doing?
  • Providing expert, trusted, integrity advice to ACC business units, stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensuring integrity concerns are addressed systemically with input to the design of ACC systems and processes or education.
  • Providing education and coaching to decision makers
  • Identifying integrity-related business issues (fraud, waste and abuse) that require examination.
  • Managing integrity incident response activities; facilitating exploratory conversations, managing interventions where required and investigation activity where necessary.
We are looking for:
  • Professional advisory experience or exposure, including to integrity and/or operational risk management.
  • Planning, problem solving and decision making skills, ideally in legislated environments.
  • Ability to self-manage varied workloads, and ensure timely, innovative  services that meet the needs of customers.
  • Coaching, advisory or mentoring experience.
  • Interest in contributing to leading professional practice in protecting ACC from fraud, waste and abuse.
