Head of Talent Service Delivery

The Head of Talent Service Delivery manages a team of professionals who specialise in their fields, delivering internal HR services across the ACC business.  You will be a strong service delivery professional with an ability to bring insightful process improvement and a customer experience that delivers to business requirements.

 

You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of Human Resource internal services to support ACC’s business performance and transformation. You will do this by leveraging technology and digital solutions as well as excellent customer service. Talent Service Delivery covers core internal services such as Payroll, Remuneration (Compensation and Benefits), HR Insights, HR Advisory Services and Recruitment.

 

Key to success will be your experience in;

  • 10+ years working in a Service Delivery Management or similar role, managing specialist teams who collaborate to ensure effective delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering great customer outcomes through a diverse team
  • Experience working within an HR environment would be beneficial but not essential. 
  • Development of strategy to deliver a centralised shared services model out to a national organisation
  • Organisational insights and reporting, utilising analytics and dashboards to show results, lead indicators and trends
  • Oversight of effective systems and technology to support employee experience, in partnership with Information Technology
  • Passion for continual improvement through active engagement of employees
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capability including people, financial and risk management of a medium to large team
  • Understanding of core internal services such as Payroll, Remuneration and generic HR advisory services would be beneficial
