The Finance Business Partner position is a unique role that will allow you to bring your eye for improvement and your forecasting ability to provide strategic financial and business insights.


We’re looking for a someone who has demonstrated the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues as well as having the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. ACC is a complex organisation and will provide the successful candidate a real opportunity to actively partner with business units to understand their business objectives and issues as well as harness resources to provide advice, guidance, and innovative solutions. You’ll also lead the development of efficient and effective financial management to lift capability and performance.


Key responsibilities of the role and what you need to be successful:

  • Membership of a professional accounting body (i.e. CIMA or CA ANZ) desirable but not essential 
  • Significant experience providing strategic financial insights and advice in a large, multi-faceted organisation 
  • Able to challenge the business to ensure value for money 
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking 
  • Proven ability to identify and manage risks and issues that may negatively impact the business 
  • Understand macro-level environment
