ACC is currently undergoing a significant business transformation, focusing on how we can build trust and confidence and improve the level of customer service we provide to New Zealanders. This is an exciting time for us and changes are afoot.
 
We have many different functions across the organisation with every one having a common goal - to help the people of NZ. As the Southern Contact Centre we respond to queries from our Claims, Provider and Business customers. 
 
We're looking for people to join us who have the passion and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll enjoy problem solving and getting a result for our customers each time they call. 
 
We expect you to have the following skills and experience:
  • Exceptional customer service skills experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Love being the first point of contact and helping people
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Want to learn more about ACC and use this knowledge to help our customers
  • And attitude, you have to have a very good attitude and work ethic to be part of our team
Our contact centre hours are 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, so you would need to be flexible enough to work an four hour rostered shift between those hours.
 
As part of your application you'll be invited to complete some online assessments to show us that you're the ideal person for our team. 
The indicative starting salary for this role will be $47,150. This is exclusive of ACC's 9% superannuation contribution which would bring the total starting package to $51,394.
