We have 2 exciting roles to fill in our Provider Engagement team who will be required to deliver value to our partners in the health sector, while also supporting our organisation’s drive toward strategic goals. Your ability to develop strong relationships, work across the business, and collaborate with key stakeholders will enable our Provider Service Delivery team to identify the communications and engagement opportunities and outcomes that will deliver value for us, our health sector partners, and our clients.


To be considered for either of these opportunities you will need to be the type of person who relishes diving into work that matters - always looking for new and better ways to get the job done, even when dealing with ambiguity. A lateral thinker, no one can accuse you of getting stuck in a box and 'technically competent' goes without saying. We want someone who understands the NZ business landscape and can plan and manage a varied workload, make things happen and be a champion for authentic, and credible communication. You'll be skilled at working with leaders, know how to influence and able to build rapport with your eyes closed.  


You will really pull out all stops to deliver more tactical communications deliverables.

  • Experienced advising, partnering with, and influencing a variety of stakeholders 

  • Able to distil complex ideas into easily understood narratives 

  • Capable of providing proactive communications advice to a broad range of stakeholders

  • Able to demonstrate measurable outcomes in your work

  • Highly collaborative, flexible and can work effectively when prioritising tasks to meet competing deadlines

  • Happy to step in and help others when needed
