About the Role:

As a Business Systems Analyst you will work within a continuous delivery team, focusing predominantly on EOS (our claims management system) configuration.  You will be attending daily stand-ups, picking up new tasks for EOS configuration and working through the delivery of these tasks.

This role is part of our Pathway to Wellbeing ART (Agile Release Train) which focuses prioritising work for our customers and staff to improve their experience with ACC, by delivering regular improvements and enhancements of our systems.  

The role will involve:

  • Assisting with the identification and analysis of configuration and development requirements
  • Document configuration specifications
  • Enter and test configuration in the system
  • Manage configuration issues
  • Be able to influence and support system identification and/or development decisions
  • Provides go live support as needed

  • You will have a passion for growing your technical skills
  • Be a collaborative team player who thinks outside the square
  • Have a keen eye for detail and always look for continuous improvements
