Operating at a senior level, with a strong business customer approach you will provide targeted and tailored solutions to help business customers and deliver on ACC’s objectives, such as improving injury prevention and return to work rates. This is a role with a lot of variety, using a multi-channel approach to engagement, such as presenting to an industry association, hosting a webinar, dealing with complex queries from business customers and working with other ACC to develop customer-focussed products.


 As a Business Customer Solutions Partner, you will be part of a new, multi-functional team across New Zealand, that aims to help business customers understand the value of the levy they pay and better connect with ACC.


 Key responsibilities of the role and what you need to be successful:  

  • Extensive experience building trust and credibility to influence behaviour and outcomes in a business environment

  • A proven track record of achieving ambitious business results

  • Experience developing, facilitating and managing both external and internal communication and relationships to achieve positive outcomes and mutual benefit

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively apply system thinking

  • Confidence in presenting to audiences of varying sizes

  • Aptitude to utilise the latest technology and systems

  • Ability to work effectively within a legislated environment

  • Ability to rapidly and effectively identify key business and organisational drivers.
