ACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury. Our Agile Capability Practice is made up of both permanent and fixed term/contract roles.

 

We are now developing a contractor talent pipeline to be considered for various Agile/ SAFe contract roles that will become available early 2020. This way, as contractor/fixed term roles become available, our Talent Acquisition team will “search” this Talent Pool for any people that match our requirements, and who have already expressed an interest in working for ACC. 


Some of the contract/fixed term project roles that we might need to solution in the New Year are:

  • Release Train Engineer
  • Agile Coach
  • Scrum Master
  • SAFe Specialist


You will bring your extensive experience and IP to the table to support ACC’s Continuous Delivery journey. You will have a dedicated Agile role within the Practice as well as being utilised as a go to person within the Practice for mentoring and coaching our ACC employees to build our internal capability as we grow the Practice with permanent capability.


You would be an experienced Agile professional that may support teams in their Continuous Delivery journey whilst coaching less experienced people to become proficient in all things Agile.
