Come and lead our Agile Practice team, in what is a truly exciting time to join ACC. In this role you will bring passion and energy, drawing on your experience and skills to play a significant role in creating and safeguarding our move to an agile culture. Key to this role is the ability to foster innovation, collaboration and drive the ongoing adoption of agile practices. This leader will support our agile teams and leadership with the right knowledge, tools, process, and professional development opportunities so they can apply agile to its full potential.
Key skills required:
  • You will be an Agile People Leader
  • High energy and motivation, and experience in establishing and developing Agile practices and culture.
  • A proven track record of leading agile teams
  • Practical use of SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks
  • A willingness to learn and share knowledge through coaching, mentoring and training
  • A strong strategic thinker with effective stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to present to a wide range of audiences
This role is a senior position within a newly established team, so you will need to demonstrate leadership skills and an ability to help coach and develop others. This is a fantastic opportunity to join ACC’s evolving Enterprise Portfolio Delivery (EPD) team.
